Data sovereignty
On-prem video AI for accounts that cannot send footage to the cloud
All inference, recording and storage happen on the appliance inside the customer's building. There is no cloud processor in the data path and no continuous upload of video. For government, defence, utilities, healthcare and EU accounts, that removes the conversation that usually kills the deal.
100%on-device inference
4TBlocal storage option
0cloud video processors
Air-gapcapable deployment
How it works
Where the data actually lives
1
Streams stay local
The appliance reads camera streams over the site's own network and never relays them outward by default.
2
Inference stays local
Detection runs on the device's own accelerator. No frames are sent anywhere to be classified.
3
Storage stays local
Recordings and snapshots are written to the appliance's internal 1–4TB drive, in the customer's custody.
Key benefits
What that unlocks commercially
- Video does not leave the premises unless the customer chooses to send it
- No third-party cloud processor sits in the data path
- Simplifies cross-border data transfer and GDPR review for EU accounts
- Deployable on isolated, segmented or air-gapped networks
- Customer retains custody and control of all recordings
- Works for sites with poor, metered or intermittent connectivity
The difference
Two ways to put AI on a camera site
Cloud analytics platforms
- Footage leaves the site to be processed
- A third-party processor enters the compliance review
- Cross-border transfer questions on every EU deal
- Analytics degrade with the site's bandwidth
Spartan on-premises
- Footage is analyzed where it is captured
- No external processor to disclose or vet
- The data never crosses a border in the first place
- Bandwidth is irrelevant to detection quality

Tell us about the security review that is blocking you and we will map Spartan's architecture against it.
- A working session with an engineer, not a sales screen-share.
- We will tell you plainly if your camera site is a poor fit.
- Typical reply within one business day.
