Facing an issue with my Telegram Bot not answering to my commands, how can I fix it?
Hi! Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
– Check that the device is online in your MR Secure Guard application and if you can easily connect to it. If yes – then something must be wrong with the Telegram application itself. Try rebooting the Telegram app or contacting Telegram support.
If not, then:
– Check your internet connection
– Try rebooting the MR device manually
In case none of these steps worked, please contact MR Support and we’ll resolve the issue.
