Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Larnaca Municipality. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities, enhance client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand the company’s global presence. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining robust distribution channels, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue growth targets. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with technology products, especially video surveillance, security solutions, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset
  • Experience with working in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable
  • Proficiency in English; additional European (French, Spanish, German, Italian) are an advantage
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings, events, and partner collaborations

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from strategically generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads to skillfully negotiating and closing high-value deals.
