We’re looking for a motivated Lead Agent to support our growth in the DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) market. You’ll focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our senior sales team, while learning the ins and outs of the security distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize existing lead pipelines
- Conduct market research and use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc., to generate qualified new leads
- Make phone and cold calls to engage prospects – key to building meaningful conversations
- Qualify prospects and book discovery/demo sessions with sales specialists
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in lead generation, CRM use, and cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Native German or similar, with professional level English).
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Familiarity with lead tools and strategies for prospect identification
