Senior Sales Manager

Central/Eastern European

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and key account growth for our Central/Eastern European operations. This is a senior-level role requiring deep industry knowledge, an established network of contacts, and a proven track record of generating substantial sales within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion in the Central/Eastern European security systems distribution market
  • Leverage an extensive professional network to identify and engage decision-makers in integrators, installers, and distributors
  • Conduct competitive market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to differentiate our product offerings
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for high-value prospects and key partners
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations for large contracts, tenders, and strategic deals
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt solutions for Central/Eastern European market needs

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years proven sales experience in security systems distribution in the Central/Eastern European
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the Central/Eastern European security industry
  • In-depth understanding of security product lines (CCTV, alarms, access control, monitoring solutions) and the competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Skilled negotiator with experience in large deal closures and tender processes
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with measurable results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (Professional-level English)
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
