Senior Sales Manager

DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland)

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and key account growth for our DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) operations. This is a senior-level role requiring deep industry knowledge, an established network of contacts, and a proven track record of generating substantial sales within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion in the DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) security systems distribution market
  • Leverage an extensive professional network to identify and engage decision-makers in integrators, installers, and distributors
  • Conduct competitive market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to differentiate our product offerings
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for high-value prospects and key partners
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations for large contracts, tenders, and strategic deals
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt solutions for DACH (German, Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) market needs

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years proven sales experience in security systems distribution in the DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland)
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) security industry
  • In-depth understanding of security product lines (CCTV, alarms, access control, monitoring solutions) and the competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Skilled negotiator with experience in large deal closures and tender processes
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with measurable results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (Native-level German, or equivalent, with Professional-level English)
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
