We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and key account growth for our DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) operations. This is a senior-level role requiring deep industry knowledge, an established network of contacts, and a proven track record of generating substantial sales within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion in the DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) security systems distribution market
- Leverage an extensive professional network to identify and engage decision-makers in integrators, installers, and distributors
- Conduct competitive market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to differentiate our product offerings
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for high-value prospects and key partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Lead negotiations for large contracts, tenders, and strategic deals
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt solutions for DACH (German, Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) market needs
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years proven sales experience in security systems distribution in the DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland)
- Strong existing network of contacts within the DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) security industry
- In-depth understanding of security product lines (CCTV, alarms, access control, monitoring solutions) and the competitive landscape
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Skilled negotiator with experience in large deal closures and tender processes
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with measurable results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (Native-level German, or equivalent, with Professional-level English)
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
